I embrace the opportunity to partner with individuals and couples facing challenges on their journey. Through empowering clients as they directly face life’s challenges they are able to explore solutions, find balance and experience harmony as they heal and establish a deeper, healthier, connection with their loved ones. My goal is to educate, support and inspire you to unwrap the issues that bind you to your current suffering and help you develop skills, insights and action plans to keep you moving in the direction of your highest intention.
I utilize Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Strength Based modalities. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples facing a broad range of issues to include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, childhood abuse (emotional, physical, sexual) wounds, aging, chronic pain/illness, and recovery. We are far more capable than we imagine. We often underestimate the connection between our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. They are intimately tied and influence our perspective. Obstacles are opportunities for us to grow! If you allow me to join your journey, I hope to aspire you to grow in to your highest self!
